While the name of the victim had not been released Saturday night, police identified the suspect arrested in the car-ramming incident as James Alex Fields Jr., 20, of Maumee, Ohio.

Police later identified the person who was arrested as James Alex Fields Jr., 20, of OH, and said he is charged with second-degree murder and other counts. He says he's also encouraging people to go home.
