Police release CCTV of 83-year-old dog walker stabbed to death

He drove his red Skoda 4.5 miles to The Street, close to the area where he walked his dogs.

A force spokeswoman told Sky News that despite the arrest police were "still appealing for anyone in the area at the time to contact them".

Earlier, a witness reported seeing two elderly men arguing in woods close to where Mr Wrighton's body was found.

The 83-year-old was seen driving his red Skoda Fabia vehicle to The Street, close to the woodland where he walked his dogs Dylan and Gemma.

He was describing by family as "a lovely, gentle husband, dad and grandfather".

Mr Wrighton, who was a married father-of-two and grandfather, had before volunteered at Bressingham Steam Museum as a guard on the trains and at Snetterton Dogs Trust.
