Uncertainty over exactly what Federal Bureau of Investigation agents seized from Cohen comes as Trump faces an intensifying probe by Special Counsel Robert Mueller into whether his presidential campaign colluded with Russian Federation.

"Cohen himself told a CNN journalist that the Federal Bureau of Investigation agents who conducted the searches 'were all extremely professional, courteous and respectful, '" Deputy US Attorney Robert Khuzami wrote in the court documents.

According to several reports, Michael Cohen is looking to get a temporary restraining order in response to the warrant that authorized the searches, which took place earlier this week. Cohen did not appear in court Friday morning and has not been charged with a crime.

A court filing did not detail what Cohen is under investigation for. In addition to searching his home, office and hotel room, Federal Bureau of Investigation agents seized material from Cohen's cellphones, tablet, laptop and safe deposit box, according to people briefed on the warrants.

Prosecutors also revealed in a court filing on Friday that Cohen's emails had secretly been searched, and that the raids were part of "a monthslong investigation" involving a grand jury. It could also constitute smoking gun evidence that the Trump campaign colluded with Russian Federation during the presidential campaign.

The team's best shot at success will ultimately be throwing as many bodies as possible at James and hoping it wears him down. Their defensive intensity ramps up, while their offense becomes the juggernaut it is capable of but rarely reach.

A report from The New York Times cites people familiar with Trump's thinking who said the president sees Cohen's criminal case as a bigger threat, due in part to Cohen having been his longtime attorney, fixer, and confidant.

By his own admission, Cohen traveled to Europe three times in 2016 - to London and to Italy - but he says in August, he only traveled to Los Angeles, traveling with his son to the University of Southern California.

Cohen and Davidson did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Looks like whatever Mueller found only bolstered their case.

Also present in the courtroom on Monday was Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for Stormy Daniels, the adult-film actress who received money from Cohen and who has alleged that she had an affair with Trump.

Thunder radio play-by-play announcer Matt Pinto will take Davis' place on FS Oklahoma broadcast, will be simulcast on radio. In a statement to ESPN , Davis apologized for using the phrase, acknowledging its deep racial history.

"We have every reason to believe that some of the documents relate to my client", said Avenatti. According to the documents, "Cohen has exceedingly few clients and a low volume of potentially privileged communications" (p.1) and "performs little to no legal work" (p.4).

Once they've reviewed the records, the filter team can give to the investigators communications "between Cohen and persons with whom Cohen undisputedly does not have an attorney-client relationship", likely meaning the records wouldn't be between Cohen and Trump, prosecutors said. Wood also ordered Cohen to provide a list of his clients. "All lawyers are deflated and concerned!" the president tweeted on Sunday.

Hendon asked for a delay in court proceedings until at least Monday, saying she needed to research the law.

McKay replied that the president's attorney-client privilege "is no stronger than anyone else who seeks legal advice".
